Course Outlines (topics to be covered):


Day one:

The Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

Participants learn the principles of IASTM, proper tool selection, and advanced techniques tailored for various MSK conditions, includes hands-on practice, case-based discussions, and integration strategies to optimize patient outcomes.



Day two:

The Complete Taping Solution

This course covers a variety of taping methods, including kinesiology taping, athletic taping, and rigid taping, providing participants with practical knowledge for injury prevention, pain management, and rehabilitation.



Day three:

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

Technique using controlled pressure to enhance muscle growth and recovery at low intensities. It covers principles, practical applications, and evidence-based protocols, equipping participants to integrate BFR safely into clinical and sports settings.


Pre-requisites:

Participants need to have done Mulligan Upper and Lower quadrant courses to participate in this course.
